Participation in the conference requires prior registration. Registration opens on 8 May 2027. An Early Bird fee of €150 will be available until 31 June 2027, after which the standard conference registration fee of €250 will apply. Doctoral students benefit from a 50% reduction on both the Early Bird and standard registration fees (€75 and €125, respectively). The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, and conference materials. Please note that the registration fee does not include attendance at the Conference Gala. Gala tickets may be purchased separately for €75 per person. Participants wishing to attend the Gala will be able to indicate this during the registration process Participants are kindly asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

To support the participation of early-career researchers, we offer 10 registration fee waivers for doctoral students. Successful applicants will be able to attend the conference free of charge. Doctoral students who wish to be considered for a fee waiver are invited to submit a short application. We kindly ask doctoral students applying for a fee waiver to wait for the outcome of their application before completing the standard paid registration.

Following registration, participants will receive a confirmation by email. Further information regarding the programme and practical arrangements will be shared with registered participants closer to the conference.
