Some questions are better explored together. We invite proposals for panels and round tables that bring different approaches into conversation around time, temporality, and time capital. We particularly welcome proposals that create connections across disciplinary boundaries, place contrasting approaches alongside one another, or open questions that benefit from collective exploration.
Panels
Panels offer a structured setting for presenting research around a common theme. A panel proposal should articulate a clear connecting idea rather than simply group individual papers under a broad topic. We encourage proposals in which the contributions speak to one another and collectively approach a particular dimension of time, temporality, or time capital. Each panel should include 4-5 contributions. The panel proposal must include an abstract for each individual contribution at the time of submission.
Round Tables
Round tables are designed for conversation rather than a sequence of formal paper presentations. They may begin with a question, a conceptual tension, an emerging area of research, a methodological challenge, or a problem that looks different when approached from different fields. We encourage formats that leave substantial room for exchange among participants and with the audience. A round table should include 4-5 participants, with one person acting as chair or moderator.
